The Best Mindfulness Meditation:Taught by God Himself

Mindfulness Meditation: Discover Peace and Power Within

As we know, we are in the Era of Darkness, Kaliyuga, where mental and physical problems are at their peak. As Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta says:

“Yada Yada Hi Dharmasya Glanir Bhavati Bharata
Abhyuthanam Adharmasya Tadaatmaanam Srijaamyaham”

In this Ghor Kalyuga, God has arrived on Earth, and the Supreme Authority has taught us a simple, powerful mindful technique through which we can connect with Him.

I am writing about this mindfulness meditation because of my keen interest in various meditation techniques like Heartful Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Breathing Meditation, Chakras Meditation, and Shoonya Meditation. Although all these meditations have their place, why not practice the best and most effective one, as taught by the Supreme Authority?

Who are We?

 Mindfulness Meditation

This meditation begins with an introduction to who you truly are. It says, “Khud ko Jaana, Khuda ko Jaana.” You can’t know God without knowing yourself. So, think about it—who are you?

What comes to your mind? Perhaps your name—My name is Shreya, but that is just the name of your body. Your occupation—I am a writer; your place—I live in India, or I am a girl or boy.

Many thoughts will come to your mind, like I am a singer, dancer, YouTuber, but we all have someone we loved, and one day they are no longer with us. We talked with them, touched them, but now the body remains, and it says they have gone. Have you ever thought, who were they and where did they go?

It’s energy. In fact, we are all energy. We, the soul, live in one body and later move to another body. When our body changes, our name, occupation, gender, residence, caste, and relationships all change.

The Supreme Authority gives us our true identity: We are divine energy—souls, as it says, “Energy is neither created nor destroyed.” So, we are eternal souls.

The Supreme Soul calls us sweet souls and tells us that our true qualities are Peace, Purity, Love, Joy, Bliss, Powers, and Knowledge.

“You are not the body, you are the soul.” – Supreme Soul

Also, I, the soul, have two organs, just like our body has different parts: Mind and Intellect. The mind is for producing thoughts, and the intellect is for deciding what is right or wrong and for visualization.

If our qualities are so beautiful, why are we searching for them outside? The soul’s battery is drained in Ghor Kalyuga, and Parmatma has taught us Rajyoga Meditation. This meditation is a yoga that will make you a Raja (King).

Today, I, the soul, don’t have control over my senses. It doesn’t work according to my wishes. I can’t sleep on time, wake up on time, or eat what’s healthy. So, Parmatma taught us Rajyoga through which we can rule over our senses.

“The mind is everything. What you think you become.” – Buddha

We do physical exercises that are good for our body, but now, the soul is growing weak. We need to do some exercises for the soul by connecting with the ever-pure Paramatma, who is full of all divine qualities.

When I first started practicing mindfulness meditation, I was overwhelmed by life’s challenges. But as I connected with my true self, I started feeling a sense of inner peace and calm that I had never experienced before. This is why I believe in the power of this meditation.

Below, I will share the steps to practice this mindfulness meditation:

Steps of Mindfulness Meditation:

 Mindfulness Meditation

Step 1:

Create a quiet space for your practice. You can set a time every morning or evening for your practice.

Step 2:

Visualize yourself as a soul. See yourself in your forehead, where we apply the tilak, because the soul is the driver and sits in the front seat of the body. Feel your divine qualities: Purity, Peace, Love, Joy, Bliss, Powers, and Knowledge. You are a golden, pure light radiating divine energy.

Step 3:

Give Swamaan (affirmations) by your mind, such as, I am a peaceful soul, I am a pure soul, I am a powerful soul. You can use any positive affirmation according to your circumstances. For example, if you have health issues, you can say, I am a healthy soul, my senses are healthy. As it is said, “Smriti se Stiti”—stability through remembrance. Feel that you are a peaceful soul. Parmatma has given us many beautiful affirmations, and you can try them too:

  • Mai Master Sarwashaktimaan hu – I am the Master of all Powers.
  • Mai Vighan Vinashak Aatma hu – I am the obstacle-destroying soul.
  • Mai ek Mahaan Aatma hu – I am a Great Soul.
  • Safalta Mera Janm-Sidh Adhikaar hai – Success is my birthright.
  • Mera sarir Tandarust aur Pavitra hai – My body is healthy and pure.
  • Mai apne Jeevan ka Rachiyata Hu – I am the creator of my life.

By practicing these affirmations, you will recognize your true self and reflect your divine qualities in your daily life.

Step 4:

 Mindfulness Meditation

In this step, visualize through your intellect that the Supreme Soul—the Divine Golden Light—is around you. Feel that His pure light is connected to you, and your soul’s battery is recharging. Start with just 5 minutes and gradually increase the time.
This visualization helps you connect with the seat of your soul and reminds you that you are not the body, but a divine being of light. It also helps you to focus on your true essence, beyond external identities.
